“She grew up with cotton fields in Mississippi and he grew up with sugarcane, cotton, and rice fields in Louisiana. Both shared country memories of attending church on Sunday mornings, eating Sunday lunch then playing in the hay with cousins in their family barns. One family’s barn was adorned with a beautiful American flag to pledge their allegiance daily. As destiny would have it, both met years later, fell in love, and began to make their own memories as a family… Then they met me ????????????… and I was able to paint all of this into existence!!” ~Becky’s Instagram post about “Cotton Country”
